1. Eligibility:

   • This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of Nature's Test directly from Natty Ninja.

   • Customers must have used the product for at least 90 days following the recommended serving suggestions.

2. Refund Process:

   • To request a refund, customers must fill out the "Nature's Test Money Back" form and submit it to info@thenattyninja.com.

   • Proof of purchase is required.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Time Frame:

   • Customers may apply for a refund between 90 and 190 days after the purchase date.

   • Shipping costs are not covered; only the total cost of the first Nature's Test purchase will be refunded.

   • There is no need to return any used or unused product.

4. Conditions:

   • If customers indicate on the form that they did not follow the serving suggestions or did not consistently attend the gym, they will not be eligible for the refund.

   • The guarantee applies exclusively to Nature's Test and does not cover any other Natty Ninja products.

5. Amendments:

   • Natty Ninja reserves the right to amend or discontinue this guarantee at any time. However, any changes will not affect customers who made their purchase before the change.
